- Step 1 — Share your requirements: Model, quantity, destination port (Gdansk, Gdynia, Szczecin, or Hamburg as transshipment), and your application. We respond within 24 hours with FOB, CIF, and DDP quotation options.

- Step 3 — Place your order: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. Standard production lead time: 15–21 days after deposit confirmation. We lock your quoted price for 7 days from the date of quotation.
- Step 4 — Full export documentation handled by us: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, EUR.1 (if applicable), Pre-shipment Inspection Report — all provided at no extra charge.
- Step 5 — Track and receive: Complete shipping documents sent by email before the vessel sails. Container delivered to your warehouse in Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, or any major Polish city.
